Dr Yohanes Ariathianto is a graduate of Monash University Medical School who subsequently undertook advanced physician training in geriatric medicine in Monash, Austin and Northern Health.
He is currently Head of Unit of Medical 4 (Acute Geriatric unit) and Medical Lead for HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program) at Northern Health.
He is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine (ANZSGM), Internal Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (IMSANZ), and has been an external expert reviewer for Australian Journal of General Practice (ACGP).
His main areas of interests are cognitive and memory assessment, management of dementia and BPSD (behavioural and psychological symptom of dementia), fall and balance assessment management of complex medical conditions in older patients, and poly-pharmacy.
He is also available for bulk billed residential care home visits.
Currently Dr Yohanes Ariathianto is seeing New Patients
